He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, guiding us to the right mattresses to try and being very patient while we tested so many of them. The store itself is spacious and offers a fantastic range of mattress options, all of which seemed to be of excellent quality. I highly recommend this place — and definitely ask for Josh when you visit!

Myself and my girlfriend bought 2 pillows which we tried out and decided we didn’t like them, so bought back to the shop to exchange for some different pillows. We were told by the manager that as we had taken them out of the packing and ‘used’ them they could not be returned. Pillows were taken out of their packaging bag for about 2 mins! Not great customer service

Can I apply for finance in your store?
Yes Dreams offer an in-store interest free credit option through a select group of finance companies. All we ask for is the value of your order to be £500 or more. Our Sleep Experts in-store can walk you through the application. You will be required to pay 20% of your order as a deposit, after a successful application.
I have already ordered but I should have also asked you to take away my old bed and mattress, is this possible?
It certainly is. Contact us at least 72 hours prior to delivery and we can add recycling to your order. It is fast, convenient and environmentally friendly. We disassemble and utilise every single part possible and all other waste is turned into green energy.
